In the past 2 episodes, we have been looking at regaining lost focus with the aim of bring our focus back on track, in line with our dreams, goals and aspirations for the year. This becomes even very critical as we begin to welcome the second half of the year.

Last week, I discussed ‘STOP’ as the first step in the process of regaining lost focus. In this third episode of the audio podcast series, I have taken a dive into the second step – ‘THINK’ and discussed 3 things that we need to think on or about in the process of regaining lost focus.
